Veterinary Doctor

REQUIREMENTS :-
- Experience : 1-5 years in Veterinary field preferably cattle animals or dairy industry
- Education : B.V.Sc. / M.V.Sc. (Veterinary Doctor)
- Comfortable working at remote / village location
- Good Communication Skills

Facilitator / Field Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS :-
- Experience : 0 – 2 years preferably in dairy industry or rural areas
- Education : Any Diploma / Graduation Degree
- Comfortable working at remote / village location
- Compulsory Bike and Driving License
- Good Communication Skills
- Working knowledge of computer, Internet, MS Office.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Responsible for supervision and monitoring of milk procurement related activities for about 20-30 villages.
- Identification of potential villages through survey / direct contacts / secondary information of the area.
- To plan & organize village meeting and support for mobilization of milk producers.
- Identification of MPP location and selection of Sahayak for MPP operation.
- Identification of BMC location and its installation in the area
- Deployment of milk procurement assets at MPP and SOP implementation.
- Monitoring of MPP operations and handling of members’ query, ensure all display items & assets in place at MPPs, ensure cleanliness of MPPs as well as of all the assets of MPPs.
- Monitor of transportation operations of milk from MPP to BMC / Plant under the supervision of Area Officer.
- Monitoring of milk quality from MPP to BMC / Plant
- To achieve targeted milk procurement (quantity & quality).
- To support Area officer in collecting the market / competitor information and formulation of rate chart.
- To ensure timely submission of data / reports as per requirement.
- Support members for opening of bank account for direct payment in bank account.
- Responsible for timely & fair payment to members.
- Responsible for management and functioning of assets provided at MPP.
- To provide support for arranging the various training for various stake holders.
- To aware Members & Sahayaks on regular basis through village meetings & door to door visits.
- To conduct VCG meetings on regular basis without any discrepancies.
Chemist / Lab Assistant
LOCATION :- Reodar, Rajsamand, Salumber, Falna, Bhinmal, Sheoganj, Partapur, Sayra
REQUIREMENTS :-
- Experience : 0 – 2 years preferably in dairy industry
- Education : B.Sc. / M.Sc. (in any field)
- Comfortable working at remote / village location
- Good understanding of testing procedures/ methods.
- Basic knowledge on hygiene, housekeeping, cleaning and sanitization in milk handling unit.
- Working knowledge of computer, Internet, MS Office.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Perform laboratory tests including pre- and post-analytic phases
- Prepare samples/specimens
- Produce accurate and reliable data and interpret results
- Follow methodologies in carrying routine tasks
- Research relevant topics and gather information/data
- Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines
- Keep abreast of all industry developments and best practices
- Document all activities, record results and insert/retrieve data
